Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Shift

Shift: 7pm‑7am – PRN (Full Time, Part Time, or PRN)

Responsibilities

Maintain clinical competency using integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication.
Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
Demonstrate organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in patient care.
Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem‑solving skills.
