Job summary

NHC HealthCare, Charleston, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN (I) for its Franklin location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality nursing care and support to patients while working in a family-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications include a Tennessee RN Nursing license. The position offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN options, as well as competitive compensation, including bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Tennessee RN Nursing license.
• New graduates (GNs) and graduate practice nurses (GPNs) are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs.
• Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
• Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem‑solving skills.
