Responsibilities Of The Registered Nurse (RN)

• Interdisciplinary Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between physicians and families to meet person-centered goals.
• Treatment Oversight: Manage complex medications and IV therapies with 100% documentation accuracy.
• Supervision: Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs.
• Compliance: Ensure all charting meets IDPH standards and federal CMS guidelines as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Qualifications
