• Licensed to work within the State of West Virginia as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments, track and analyze data.
• Create, update & execute individualized care plans.
• Strategize care with physicians and other professionals.
• Explain health status and expectations for care to families.
• Keep a detailed record of health status and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care.
