Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and quality of patient care across multiple clinic-based practices.
This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master’s in Nursing, with at least four years of clinical RN experience and two years in nursing leadership. The position is full-time with a competitive salary ranging between $61.35 - $95.03 per hour.
Responsible for the clinical operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and patient care quality across multiple assigned ambulatory or clinic-based practices. Ensures standardized workflows, safe and efficient care delivery, and alignment with organizational policies and clinical standards. Working collaboratively with physicians leaders, ambulatory/clinic leadership, professional development and nursing leadership, translates organizational priorities into consistent front line execution and serves as the primary escalation point for operational and clinical issues within assigned region. Focuses on execution, consistency, and performance optimization in assigned ambulatory practices.
