Job summary

Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and Surrounding Communities seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized adult/geriatric nursing care across multiple hospital units, reporting to the home facility and rotating through Med/Surg, Telemetry, SD, ICU as needed.

Candidates should have RN licensure, a nursing degree, and at least 1 year Med/Surg or 2 years ICU experience; BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/ Specialty units.
• BLS; ACLS for Critical Care as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across multiple hospital units.
• Provide high-quality patient care while adapting to float pool assignments.
