Mercy invites experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool, staffing multiple Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities in the St. Louis area. The role offers night shifts, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for education and career growth.

Base pay is determined by experience, with additional regional per-pool incentives and shift differentials. Mercy provides day-one medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus a 401(k) match and tuition assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS; CC requires BLS and ACLS.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards for adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care across units.
• Float across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
