Responsibilities

• Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• May be eligible for up to $10,000 in Educational Assistance
• This Regional Float position supports our PCU departments.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care across the continuum, addressing spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects of care.
• Floats to different campuses depending on need.
• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Assess healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide care upon patient admission.
• Administer medications safely.
• Document all patient treatments thoroughly.
• Follow Physician orders.
• Have Fun!

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
• Basic life support certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required within 5 months of hire.
• Additional credentials may be needed based on care level.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities on short notice.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Pay Range

$36.00 - $52.20 per hour
