Summary of Job Duties: Shift: 0700-1730 for 4 days with a floating off day. This position may float to other IMSL clinics as needed.
The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, coordinate care, triage patients, and work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff. Responsibilities include working with patient referral sources, facilitating appointments, coordinating transitions of care, and providing patient education on complex conditions. The RN will develop and implement individual health plans with patients, families, and providers.
