Summary of Job Duties:

Shift: 0700-1730 x4 days with a floating off day.
**This position may float to other IMSL clinics as needed.**

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, coordinate care, triage patients, and collaborate with clinic providers, fellows, and staff. Responsibilities include working with referral sources, facilitating appointments, coordinating transitions of care, and patient education on complex conditions. The RN will develop and implement individual health plans with patients, families, and providers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in Nursing
• Valid RN License
• Minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BLS Certification
• Pediatric experience and/or two years of ambulatory care experience
