Job summary

Enloe Health in Northern California is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the ENL Radiology Nursing team for a temporary 10-hour day shift.

The RN provides patient care in accordance with the medical plan, coordinates with radiology staff, and ensures licensure and certifications are current, including CA RN licensure and CPR/ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Radiology department experience preferred.

$55.93 - $79.75

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care. All nursing practice, policies & procedures, & quality practice are overseen by the Vice President of Nursing Services.

Minimum

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

• One year of acute RN experience
• One year critical care or Emergency Department experience

Desired

• Radiology experience
• Previous experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery

Minimum

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Current CPR Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Current PALS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
• Current RCM Certification (Radiopaque Contrast Media), obtained within 30 days of employment (dept tracks)

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
