Job summary

The Floating Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse with risk management and data analytics experience to lead risk and quality improvement initiatives. You will work across departments, report to the board, and drive incident reporting, EMR utilization, and HIM compliance enhancements.

Responsibilities include coordinating policy updates, leading monthly QI meetings, and supporting ER follow-up workflows and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• RN with QI and data analytics experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Medical Records and HIM compliance.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Experience reporting incidents and quality improvement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Risk Manager for TFH.
• Complete annual risk management training.
• Report to the board annually covering goals, risk, and performance.
• Summarize quarterly incident reports, complaints and Article 31 incidents.
• Lead monthly QI meetings and ensure department reports are submitted quarterly.
• Support ER follow-up workflow and QI reporting.
