Garnet Health Medical Center is hiring a Quality Regulatory Coordinator to lead the quality management and performance improvement program within the Quality Resources team. The role focuses on state, federal, and payer quality reporting, patient safety oversight, and medical staff peer review coordination.

Qualified candidates will have NY RN licensure, 3+ years in acute care with PI experience, and CP HQ certification or plan to obtain within two years; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NYS license; CP HQ status preferred or obtained within two years.
• Minimum 3+ years in an acute care facility with performance improvement experience.
• CPHQ certification preferred or obtainable within two years; Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manages the quality management/performance improvement program to meet priority goals and reporting requirements.
• Oversees patient safety activities including event reporting and supports medical staff peer review processes.
• Coordinates regulatory compliance and accreditation activities; may have cross-campus responsibilities.
