Gritman Medical Center seeks a Clinical Quality Coordinator to support quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and population health initiatives. The RN with BSN will review charts, abstract data, and guide staff education to align with Joint Commission and CMS standards.

This role collaborates across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, the coordinator drives education, tracers, and action plans to

Competenze

• BSN required and RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of 25 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Joint Commission standards or CMS regulations preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct clinical chart reviews to support quality reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Perform data abstraction and validation for quality metrics across hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Identify documentation gaps and opportunities for improvement based on standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring quality dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in root cause analyses, event reviews, and corrective action planning.
