MultiCare Health System is seeking a Quality Program Manager-RN to lead the Quality and Performance Improvement program for the assigned services and location in Puyallup, WA. You will partner to develop annual and multi-year plans to assure quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness and performance excellence.

The role requires CN V license in WA, a nursing degree, and several years in quality or patient safety roles, with preferred advanced nursing degrees and related certifications.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five years from hire date; RN with 15+ years may be considered in lieu of education
• Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Certificate in specialty area preferred
• Minimum five years in a healthcare or related clinical setting
• Minimum three years in quality, regulatory readiness, performance improvement or patient safety
• Internal candidates' experience may be considered in lieu of education/experience
• Competent in one domain of quality (Pt Safety, QI reporting, Clinical Analytics)

Responsabilidades

• Directs activities related to the Quality Program ensuring timely completion of initiatives and activities
• Develops components of the QAPI and other regulatory requirements
• Conducts area analysis using common techniques and descriptive statistics
• Develops data into quality analyses using Pareto and driver diagrams
• Creates routine and ad hoc reports to assess PI project outcomes
• Uses Epic charting to assess quality/safety and design improvements
• Oversees PI activities and provides recommendations to departments/committees

Conhecimentos

RN license

Bachelor's in Nursing

Advanced nursing degree preferred

Quality improvement experience

Regulatory readiness knowledge
