Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a Coordinator of Quality and Compliance (RN) to maintain the integrity of clinical and billing systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading the GHS Corporate Compliance program across departments.

You will coordinate audits, collaborate with the Education Department, administration, unit teams, physicians, and other departments to deploy compliance measures, and support high-quality, compliant patient care within the health system.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (RN) required.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan required.
• Minimum of two years of dialysis experience preferred or required by role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of clinical and billing systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate audits of clinical and billing systems to ensure adherence to standards.
• Develop and monitor the Greenfield Health Systems Corporate Compliance program.
• Collaborate with Education, administration, unit teams, physicians, and other departments to deploy compliance measures.
• Interact with GHS Billing and Accounting to align with compliance standards.
