Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a Quality/Accreditation Specialist II in Ambulatory Nursing. Under limited direction, you will develop and maintain processes to ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across ambulatory services.

You will act as internal consultant interpreting standards (TJC, CMS) and lead performance improvement initiatives with management and staff, including education on new regulations and implementation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare field required; Master's preferred.
• RN preferred; 5+ years hospital experience; clinical/operational experience desirable.
• Knowledge of TJC, DNV, CMS Conditions of Participation and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and maintains processes to ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Serves as internal consultant for interpretation of standards and measurement of compliance.
• Develops performance improvement plans with management and staff as needed.
• Interprets new regulations for education purposes and implementation efforts.
