Horizons Care Center in Delta County, Colorado, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. This three-day weekly schedule runs Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, 6am–6pm, with a competitive hourly pay range and a focus on resident-centered care.

You’ll lead your unit, provide direct nursing care, document assessments, and participate in committees. Colorado RN licensure and CPR certification are required; long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and direction in the assigned unit.
• Resident Care Functions.
• Charting, Documentation and Assessment Functions.
• Serve on, participate in and attend various committees and meetings of the facility to enhance interdisciplinary process.
• Other duties as assigned.
