Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per the nursing process.
• Individualize plan of care based on assessment.
• Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Act as team leader/charge nurse for a group of patients or unit.
• Maintain environment and equipment resources; monitor for safety.
