Job summary

HV Infusion & Biologics in Fishkill, NY seeks an experienced Clinical Outreach & Referral Development Manager, RN. You will lead provider outreach, relationship development, and referral-growth initiatives across the Hudson Valley, coordinating insurance authorizations and scheduling while educating providers about our infusion capabilities.

The ideal candidate is an organized, personable RN with strong communication skills, travel readiness, and a track record in healthcare outreach.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years of professional nursing or healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical terminology and patient-care coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, nurses, office managers, and referral partners.
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the Hudson Valley and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other health professionals.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to specialty practices, primary care offices, and medical groups.
• Educate provider offices about HV Infusion & Biologics, including clinical capabilities and referral requirements.
• Identify new referral opportunities across Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Putnam, Westchester, and surrounding areas.
• Serve as a responsive contact for referring offices and resolve referral-related questions or barriers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and develop outreach plans for high-potential practices.
