Quad Recruitment is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join as a Clinical Liaison, bridging hospital discharge teams and home infusion services. You will leverage clinical expertise and relationships to coordinate patient transitions and support service expansion within the community.

Ideal candidates have an unrestricted RN license and at least two years in infusion healthcare, with strong communication and business development skills to identify referrals and coordinate care plans.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in infusion healthcare.
• Sales or healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Identify eligible patients for home infusion services.
• Coordinate patient transitions from hospital to home care.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, discharge planners, and payers.
• Support business growth through referral development and account management.
• Ensure high standards of patient service and care coordination.
