The RN will lead patient care activities, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support discharge planning. The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Michigan with BLS, and BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• Michigan RN license required.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care.
• Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members.
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge.
• Participate in shared decision-making with senior unit management.
