Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI is seeking an RN for the PCU to deliver high-quality care within the Progressive Care Unit. This staff RN role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patient assessments, and coordinating care plans for a patient group.

The position requires nursing licensure in Michigan, BLS, and preferred BSN. A sign-on bonus up to 10,000 USD may be offered based on experience and location.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with state license in Michigan.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred, ADN considered with experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for a patient group.
• Lead and collaborate with health-care team for patient care and discharge planning.
• Delegate duties to care team and monitor patient progress.
• Communicate with physicians and other providers.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and education.
