• BLS certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for your own professional development and practice within the scope of care defined by law.
• Advocate for patient safety, including delegation of care and participation in performance improvement activities.
• Deliver care that reflects the mission, vision, values, and philosophies of Kettering Health Network.
