Job summary

Kettering Health Main Campus in Dayton, OH seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (12 hours) to join our patient‑centered care teams. The RN will apply the nursing process across settings, collaborate with providers, and ensure safe care delivery.

Ideal candidates hold Ohio RN licensure, BSN preferred within five years, and current BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS per unit scope may be required. This role emphasizes advocacy, professional growth, and adherence to our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if you are a new graduate nurse.
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• A nurse returning to acute care after five+ years may need to provide evidence of a refresher course.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.
