Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks a program director to lead nursing and allied health education efforts across multiple sites in San Diego. The role oversees LVN and MA programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in curriculum and outcomes.

You will coordinate faculty, clinical instructors, and preceptors while managing program budgeting and reporting obligations. Strong leadership, data analysis, and collaboration with leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must meet BVNPT Program Director requirements.
• Experience managing a vocational nursing or allied health program.
• Completion of approved coursework in administration, teaching, and curriculum development.
• Current, active California Registered Nurse license.
• Knowledge of BVNPT regulations and program approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead LVN/MA programs including faculty and student outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BVNPT, BPPE, and CA regulations.
• Plan, evaluate, and drive program improvement.
• Develop curricula, syllabi, and materials.
• Recruit/supervise faculty; support admissions and graduation readiness.
