Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Implement and follow CEO directives for clinical care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision within an acute therapeutic setting.
- Oversee daily operations of evidence-based programming and ensure staff training.
- Hire, train, and evaluate Mental Health Technicians; manage staffing needs.
- Ensure adherence to LBH policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clinicians, psychiatrists, and nurses to support patient recovery and safety.
