Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of unit performance improvement plans.
• Review and guide policies and procedures for compliance activities in Nursing Service.
• Investigate compliance matters with appropriate departments to improve Nursing Service.
• Participate in System/Committee meetings as required by Nursing Administration.
• Participate in mandatory accreditation and licensure education.
