Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Use a team approach to delegate and coordinate patient care at admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Deliver nursing care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, Mercy Medical Center policies, nursing standards, ethics, and professional judgment.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Duties may vary by shift or unit.
