Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license issued in Iowa or compact state
• BLS certification required within six weeks of hire
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training completed within 3 months of hire
• English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Coordinate patient care with the team at admission, transfer and discharge.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and Mercy Medical Center policies.
• Work rotating day shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled
