Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is recruiting a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care within a defined nursing practice model. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans while regularly evaluating responses to treatment.

Qualifications

• Accredited program or 2+ years of nursing focus required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an RN.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Dialysis experience is highly preferred.

• Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses to guide care.
• Develop personalized care plans and regularly reassess responses.
• Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient condition, and staff skills.
