Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and professional standards.
