Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN, seeks a registered nurse PRN to join our not-for-profit team providing quality long-term and transitional care.

You will use the nursing process to plan and deliver individualized resident care, collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team, and support residents across all care needs.

Must hold Minnesota RN license; available to work multiple shifts including weekends and holidays; offers shift differentials and education benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Drug screen and pre-employment background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
