Job summary

Bayou Bend Health is seeking an RN with an active Louisiana license for a non-management, PRN position in Same Day Surgery. Eligible candidates have at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience, and surgical nursing experience is preferred. BLS is required on hire, with ACLS, PALS and MOAB within 6 months.

Proficiency in computer charting and clear oral/written communication is essential. Salary is $40 per hour, with one shift per pay period and one holiday per year.

Job description

Position requires an RN with current license in the State of Louisiana. Successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; RNSurgery experience required. Experience in computer charting is a necessity.

Also requires current BLS upon hire.

ACLS, PALS and MOAB certifications within 6 months of employment. The successful candidate must be able to communicate proficiently, both orally and written.

$40 an hour with a commitment of one shift per pay period and one holiday a year.
