Responsibilities

• Walk-through shift start/end clinical reports with on-coming nursing personnel.
• Share/receive vital information for the resident plan of care.
• Ensure timely treatments and clinical rounds surveillance.
• Provide timely, accurate resident evaluations and infection control practices.
• Maintain friendly, caring bedside manner.
