Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care in a not-for-profit senior care setting. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, collaborating with families and the care team.

The role includes potential charge nurse duties and delegation within scope, with flexible shifts and weekend rotation; a Minnesota RN license and relevant competencies are required.

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state and maintains required competencies.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff with supervision as needed.
