Centerstone is seeking a part-time registered nurse to provide crisis-level nursing care in the Walk-In Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit. The role includes medication monitoring, education, and coordination with prescribers, pharmacists, and families to ensure safe, effective care for guests in crisis.
Responsibilities include nursing assessments, vital signs monitoring, EMR documentation, and developing the Plan of Care.

Provides nursing care to clients in crisis in the Walk-In Center and Crisis Stabilization Unit. Provides medication monitoring, adjusts medications within limits prescribed by authorized prescriber. Provides information, education, and support to individuals in crisis that promote wellness and recovery. PRN- shift varies
