Provides psychiatric evaluation and on‑going treatment. Ensures accuracy of diagnosis and appropriate pharmacological intervention. Monitors for medication side effects. Supports appropriate multi‑disciplinary interventions. Maintains the electronic medical record. Performs all above tasks under the supervision of a licensed physician and assures appropriate documentation of supervision in compliance with State regulations. Interacts with other staff in a professional manner. Participates in urgent call rotation as requested. Attends specified clinic, medical staff, and educational meetings (see addendum for meetings). This position is part‑time and would work 25‑29 hours a week. We are seeking applicants with 2+ years' experience working in a community mental health outpatient setting. Comfortability working across the life span is preferred. This position is office based.
