Job summary

AdviniaCare Venice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. You will manage individualized patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active state RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Excellent stamina and infection control knowledge are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

AdviniaCare Venice is seeking a compassionate and talented Registered Nurse to join our team and mission to continuously strive at providing quality nursing care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our PER DIEM team, you will be responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. You will provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, while ensuring the safety and physical comfort of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Take vital signs, perform assessments, and administer medications as ordered
• Care for wounds, oversee patient treatment plans, and provide emotional support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families

Requirements:
