As the Registered Nurse (RN) you would be responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. TheRegistered Nurse (RN) provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Duties may include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications as needed, and overseeing patient care plans. TheRegistered Nurse (RN)'s main objective is to assure safety and physical comfort of the residents are met as well as the patient's emotional needs. You will be working closely with the Director and the PCA's throughout your day. Other duties as assigned per need and policy.
