The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused RN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises care by Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.

Salary starts at $35/hr. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and supporting residents with ADLs while upholding a culture of hospitality and high-quality service.

The Arlington is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Salary: starting at $35/hr

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN:

• Administers medications.
• Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
