Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes.

Pay: $45/hour (RN). Flexible scheduling and immediate openings for home health nurses. Join a supportive healthcare team dedicated to patient-centered care and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of home care experience.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained.
• Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation.
