Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate, dependable RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes. The role offers $45/hour with flexible scheduling, and immediate openings.

You will perform skilled nursing tasks, monitor patients, educate families, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality home care. Valid NY RN license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Minimum of 6 months of home care experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained.
• Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation.
