Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Part-Time Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead our pediatric and young adult nursing team. This role blends hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities in a supportive home-care setting.

As a supervisor, you will orient and mentor staff, conduct field visits, and collaborate with Care Coordinators to ensure families receive excellent, compassionate care.

Formación

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of practice.
• Organized, energetic, self-motivated.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
• Experience with trach, vent, G-tube, and J-tube preferred.
• Passion for pediatric and young adult patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Orient and train nurses, clients, and families.

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Part-Time Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) to support our established pediatric and young adult nursing team in Springfield and surrounding communities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who wants to grow their leadership skills while maintaining hands-on involvement in patient care.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical support and leadership to our Private Duty Nursing team
• Orient and train nurses, clients, and families
• Conduct field nursing visits and provide in-office support
• Help ensure nurses have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
• Work closely with Care Coordinators and other clinical team members
• Provide guidance and support in a fast-paced home care environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license for 2 years required
• Organized, energetic, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a team
• Trach, vent, G-tube, and J-tube experience preferred
• A passion for supporting pediatric and young adult patients and their families
