Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for compassionate Private Duty Nurses to provide in-home pediatric care. You will deliver hands-on nursing, monitor patient progress, and communicate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice is required. Pediatric/home-care experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided. Weekly pay and premium shift opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus, but not required; full clinical training provided.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home private duty nursing to pediatric patients.
• Coordinate care with family and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient condition and administer prescribed treatments.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.
