Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Part-Time Private Duty Assistant Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to lead our pediatric and young adult nursing team while staying hands-on with patient care.

This role offers a flexible schedule, on-site field visits and in-office support, and opportunities to mentor staff, coordinate care, and build strong relationships with families and care coordinators.

Formación

• Current LPN license for 2 years or more.
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with pediatric and young adult patients preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership to our Private Duty Nursing team.
• Orient and train nurses, clients, and families.
• Conduct field visits and provide in-office support.
• Ensure nurses have tools, training, and support to succeed.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators and other clinical staff.
• Guide staff in a fast-paced home care setting.

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Part-Time Private Duty Assistant Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to support our established pediatric and young adult nursing team in Springfield and surrounding communities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who wants to grow their leadership skills while maintaining hands‑on involvement in patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical support and leadership to our Private Duty Nursing team
• Orient and train nurses, clients, and families
• Conduct field nursing visits and provide in‑office support
• Help ensure nurses have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
• Work closely with Care Coordinators and other clinical team members
• Provide guidance and support in a fast‑paced home care environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license for 2 years required
• Organized, energetic, and self‑motivated
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a team
• Trach, vent, G‑tube, and J‑tube experience preferred
• A passion for supporting pediatric and young adult patients and their families
