Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana (Elkhart) to provide skilled in-home nursing care. You will assess, implement, and monitor patient care plans, coordinating with families and clinical teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Indiana.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in home health nursing preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
