Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care. You will deliver compassionate clinical care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes, document care plans, and coordinate with family members and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on) encouraged; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to patients in home settings.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Support patient families with compassionate care and documentation.
