Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio to assume responsibility for the application of the nursing process and delivery of patient care. You will consistently perform according to nursing standards and manage patient care with accountability.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, conducting focused interviews, and documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current RN license of the state where you practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Salary: $30 - $35 / Per hour

The Registered Nurse (RN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
