Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks an experienced RN for the Baystate Primary Care & Pediatric Springfield Practice. This full‑time role focuses on triage, patient care, education, and coordinating plans of care with physicians for complex cases.

Applicants must hold a MA RN license with BLS, have at least 2 years of nursing experience, and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations. Sign-on bonus eligible for external hires.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
• Minimum of 2years of nursing experience
• Experience providing clinical care,education, and treatment to patients with substance abuse diagnoses or primary care experience
• Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff

Full Time -40 hours

Required Work Experience:

• Sign On Bonus eligible- Must have 1 year of outpatient experience

Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Certifications:
